PCB advertises for high-performance coach for Red Ball team

LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday issued an advertisement to find a high-performance coach for the red ball team.

The high-performance coach would assist the head coach in game planning and would collaborate with the head coach on preparations before and after tournaments to enhance performance.

According to the PCB, the candidates with at least five years of experience and a minimum Level 2 coaching certification are eligible to apply.

The interested candidates could submit their applications by October 7.

Tim Nielsen served as the high-performance coach during the series against Bangladesh, having been brought in from South Australia by red ball coach Jason Gillespie.

The sources said that Tim Nielsen would be appointed as the high-performance coach for the red ball team, with the advertisement being a necessary procedural step for formal appointment.
