ISLAMABAD — A major relief for Pakistanis as as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved a major cut in the prices of petrol, diesel and other key petroleum products for the second half of September 2024.
The new prices will come into effect on Monday as the price of petrol will be slashed by Rs10 per liter. Diesel price reportedly cut by Rs13 rupees. Kerosene oil will become cheaper by 11.15 per liter, while light diesel oil will see a reduction of 12 rupees and 12 paisas per liter.
