A ban on pillion riding of motorcycles has been enforced in Karachi and several districts across Sindh, effective until September 17. The Sindh Home Department imposed the restriction following a request from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh. In Karachi, the ban will be in place in the South District on September 13, 14, 16, and 17., while in the East District, double riding will be prohibited on September 13, 16, and 17. The West District will also see restrictions on September 16 and 17. Apart from Karachi, the ban extends to Hyderabad, Larkana, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Kashmore.
