Eduardo Jose A. de Vega, Undersecretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of the Philippines, embarked on his inaugural official visit to Asia with Karachi as his first destination.
This visit, extended by Her Excellency Maria Agnes M. Cervantes, the Philippine Ambassador, aims to highlight the increasing importance of bilateral relations between Pakistan and the Philippines. During his visit, Undersecretary de Vega participated in the launch of the Pakistan-Philippines Alumni Website, a significant step towards enhancing cultural exchange between the two nations. The occasion was celebrated with a special dinner at a local hotel.
