Lahore United Model School, 19 others sealed in Lahore

LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued operations against illegal commercial activities in Lahore.
On Wednesday, the LDA teams sealed 20 premises in different blocks of Sabzazar and Mustafa Town for not paying commercialization fee.
The sealed premises include Lahore United Model School, property real estate office, tailor shop, workshops, food outlets and grocery shops.
LDA Chief Town Planner-I Assad-uz-Zaman supervised the operation which was carried out with the help of enforcement teams and Police.
As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to these buildings’ owners before carrying out the operation.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against violation of building and parking bylaws, encroachments and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
