CARACAS – Pakistan Armed Forces have made nation proud at 4th CISM (International Military Sports Council) World Military Cadet Games, which took place in Venezuela from August 16 to 22, ISPR said.
Competing in track, field, and shooting events, the contingent from Pakistan secured five prestigious medals, showcasing their exceptional skill and determination.
Chief Warrant Officer Mueed Bloch of the Pakistan Air Force clinched the Gold Medal in the 400m race and the Silver Medal in the 200m race.
Sep Muhammad Akhtar from the Pakistan Army earned the Bronze Medal in the 5000m race and the Silver Medal in the 10000m race.
In the shooting events, the team led by Nk Qasim Bilal, Sepoy Ismail Khan, and Sepoy Muhammad Rashid of the Pakistan Army bagged Silver Medal in the 25 Meter pistol shooting rapid team category.
The impressive performance of the Pakistan Armed Forces has been met with high praise. Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, along with all Service Chiefs, have extended their heartfelt congratulations to the team, recognizing their outstanding achievements on an international stage.
