Soneri Bank, Markaz Qaumi Bachat among 70 premises sealed in Lahore

LAHORE – The Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued operations against violations of parking bylaws in Lahore.

On Thursday, enforcement teams of TEPA sealed more than 70 properties during operations against encroachments on designated parking spaces in Faisal Town, Johar Town and surroundings.

The sealed premises include Soneri Bank, Markaz Qaumi Bachat, Second Cup, Butt Karahi Tikka, Urban Sole, Heels, Divine Bakers, Khajoor Mehal, outlets of famous brands, private school, showrooms, and offices.
TEPA Chief Engineer Iqrar-ul-Hassan supervised the operations which were carried out by the enforcement teams with the help of the Police and heavy machinery.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against violation of building and parking bylaws, encroachments and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
