A day after the accident, a clip surfaced online showing a tragic road accident in Karachi’s Karsaz area, where two people lost their lives. The footage reveals a white Toyota Prado hitting a motorcycle, then colliding with a car, and finally overturning on the road.
The SUV was driven by a woman, who was identified as the wife of a local businessman in port city. After the accident, the woman tried to escape, but a crowd stopped her and handed her over to the authorities.
Karachi police charged the female driver with murder after a fatal accident on Karsaz Road that killed two people and injured three others.
The tragic accident occurred when the woman, driving a Toyota SUV, hit a motorcycle, collided with two more motorcycles, and then overturned after striking a parked car.
Karachi police held woman and conducted a medical examination, suspecting the state of being intoxicated, though the report is still pending. An FIR was filed by the brother of one of the victims. The police emphasized that the law is being strictly followed, and the investigation is ongoing, with a charge sheet to be presented in court.
