A devastating accident occurred at Saba Avenue cross, KhayabanBadar Phase 5 Extension, resulting in the death of a CBC employee. The deceased has been identified as Arshad, also known as Haji. CCTV footage reveals the harrowing details of the incident. The video shows a car speeding uncontrollably, hitting Arshad, who was performing road maintenance. The car then crashed into a bungalow’s wall and gate before the occupants—a boy and a girl—abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. Following the accident, a case was filed at Darakhshan police station. The police are actively pursuing the suspects responsible for the incident.
Reports indicate that the car involved was being used unlawfully by the son of a notable Balochistan figure. The vehicle belonged to Imtiaz Ahmed, the Project Director for the Establishment of Naseerabad Medical College. In response to the incident, the CM Balochistan has taken swift action, resulting in the immediate dismissal of Imtiaz from his position.
