LAHORE – The Punjab’s excise department has launched the electronic registration card service that enables owners of vehicles to download the E-registration cards of their cars, motorcycles and other vehicles on their mobile phone.

It is mandatory for the owners to carry the registration card of their vehicles while travelling on roads as it can be demanded by security officials to verify the status of the vehicle. In absence of it, they can face traffic fine or other legal action.

In order to facilitate the citizens, the excise department has launched a new services enabling the owners to download the e-registration card of their vehicles.

Download E-Registration Card on Mobile Phones

The residents of Lahore can download the e-registration card by following these steps:

First, go to the official website of excise department: https://excise.punjab.gov.pk/

Click the “E-registration Card” button in menu bar

You will land on a new page https://vrcentpunjab.com/card

Here you will enter vehicle registration number and chassis number before hitting the search button

After the completion of the verification, you will get the e-registration card

Download the copy on your mobile phone or computer for future use.

The residents of other Punjab cities can follow the same steps to get their e-registration card.
