LAHORE – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) meeting scheduled to be held on Monday (today) in Murree under the chair of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been postponed.
An important meeting was called by the PML-N on Monday (today) to discuss the Supreme Court’s decision on reserved seats and the country’s political situation.
However, the meeting has now been postponed.
According to the sources, the PML-N meeting was postponed due to Muharram.
The new date for the meeting would be announced later.
PML-N President Nawaz Sharif had a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz, during which they completed consultations on the relief given to the PTI by the judiciary and the country’s political situation.
Nawaz Sharif consulted the central leadership on various options.
The party leaders would be informed about the President’s instructions soon.
