Several internet users claimed that UAE stopped issuing visas to single Pakistani men under the age of 42, sparking widespread speculation. However, after a thorough investigation, it has been confirmed that this tweet is false.

Dubai has not announced any such visa restrictions for Pakistani nationals, and there is no ban on visit or work visas for single Pakistani men under the age of 42.

This incident is not isolated, as similar misinformation has circulated before. Last year, rumors spread that the UAE had halted issuing visit visas to residents of certain Pakistani cities.

Pakistani diaspora remains one of major communities in the UAE. Pakistani expatriates form one of the largest expatriate communities in the Gulf nation, contributing significantly to country’s workforce and economy. They are employed in various sectors such as construction, healthcare, finance, and hospitality.
