French Consul General in Karachi, Alexis Chahtahtinsky, inaugurated a basketball tournament aimed at promoting sports in the region. Highlighting the significance of sports in fostering a healthy lifestyle, Chahtahtinsky mentioned that the Paris Summer Olympics, scheduled for this year, will take place in France from July 26 to August 10. He also mentioned the upcoming Special Olympics at the end of August.
Expressing the importance of incorporating positive activities into daily routines, Chahtahtinsky shared his own experience of participating in basketball, volleyball, tennis, and marathons. He emphasized that Pakistani athletes will have the opportunity to participate in the Paris Summer Olympics and represent their country alongside international players.
