Two officials of Tehsil municipal administration (TMA) Fatehjang were suspended and inquiry was initiated against them for their alleged involvement with taking illegal gratifications and their alleged patronage of encroachment mafia rules on important public places of the city.
The Chief officer of the TMA swings in to action after public complaints and evidences provided by different public circles in which it was found that officials identified as Tariq Aziz and Muhammad Ramzan were not only taking regular bribes from these encroachment mafias on daily and monthly bases but also were involved in patronage of such elements dodging the tehsil and district administration through monk exercises. Taking notice of the issue, the Chief officer has suspended these officials and orders departmental inquiry against them under Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline.
