IHC allows electronic media for court reporting

Islamabad High Court on Tuesday allowed electronic media for court reporting in light of Supreme Court’s ruling.
IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq heard the petitions of court reporters and journalist organizations against PEMRA notification banning court reporting in electronic media. The application of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists against the PEMRA notification was also heard together.
