In a devastating incident that unfolded in the serene locality of Khoar, within the jurisdiction of Pindigheb Police Station in Attock, a man and a woman met a tragic demise in the early hours of Monday. Police sources revealed that the ghastly incident was driven by an apparent dispute over honour.
According to preliminary investigations, Mubashir, the husband, was confronted with a distressing sight upon entering his room. Shockingly, he discovered his wife entangled in an objectionable position with his cousin, Ibrar. Consumed by a surge of rage, Mubashir swiftly resorted to violence, brandishing a knife and fatally stabbing both individuals.
Following the heinous act, Mubashir fled from the scene, leaving behind a harrowing tableau of bloodshed. Promptly notified, law enforcement authorities from Pindigheb Police rushed to the crime scene, where they found the lifeless bodies of the victims.
In response to the distressing turn of events, the police swiftly initiated legal proceedings, registering a double murder case against the accused at the behest of the deceased woman’s mother. Intensifying their efforts, authorities have launched a manhunt to apprehend Mubashir.
