Expressing the optimism that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Supremo Imran Khan will be out of the prison soon, the party leadership Saturday warned that all those who violated the constitution will be hanged.
Addressing a PTI’s power show in Swat along with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Gandapur emphasized the unassailable nature of Imran Khan’s ideology and expressed confidence that the current government would crumble upon Khan’s call to action. “Imran is the name of an ideology, the more you press, more forcefully will it rise”.
Gandapur lamented that the country’s governance should be rooted in constitutional principles rather than dictated by institutions or individuals. Gandapur assured the public that those responsible for such actions would be held accountable.
Naming Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Zardari, the KP CM asked the crowd to name those responsible for the alleged victimization of the embattled party. He said will have to hold them accountable for each day adding we are silent just because of the PTI founder. “I swear to God, you will not be able to live in Pakistan, let alone Islamabad”. He warned what he said violators of the constitution.
Drawing parallels to historical figures, Gandapur mentioned Zulfikar Bhutto, whose execution he referenced to underline the gravity of unconstitutional actions.
He told the charged audience that the nation does not belong to any one individual or family and vowed to reclaim the rights of the people.
Addressing the large gathering the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan claimed that PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan will be released soon.
Barrister Gohar expressed deep gratitude to the participants and reiterated Imran Khan’s commitment to his ideology, even while in jail.
Former Speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser also expressed the optimism about the early release of the PTI founder and asserted that Imran Khan’s release was imminent and contingent upon rightful judicial decisions.
“Imran Khan has consistently stated that while he forgives personal grievances yet he cannot pardon any wrongdoing against the nation,” said Barrister Gohar.
Stressing the need for the restoration of the constitution and law in Pakistan, Barrister Gohar called for an end to the oppression of the masses.
