LEEDS – Pakistani women’s cricket team star, Aliya Riaz, has added another accolade to her impressive career by surpassing 1,000 runs in T20 International cricket.
Aliya achieved this milestone during the third T20 match against England in Leeds. Her performance in this game not only contributed to her team’s efforts but also solidified her place among the elite players in women’s cricket.
With this achievement, Aliya Riaz becomes the fifth Pakistani female cricketer to reach the 1,000-run mark in T20 Internationals.
She joins the ranks of Bismah Maroof, Javeria Khan, Nida Dar and Muneeba Ali, who have all previously reached this milestone.
