Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lambasted the mandate thief Chief Minister Punjab for her luxurious lifestyle, as Punjab government was all-set to spend millions of rupees in the name of security of her Jati Umra residence despite the fact the country was facing severe financial crisis coupled with back-breaking inflation and unemployment.
PTI Spokesperson, in a strongly-worded reaction to the wasteful use of public money, sought details from Punjab government pertaining to the plan of spending millions of rupees in the name of security of her Jati umra residence.
He said that the people of Punjab were grappling with untold problems such as unbridled inflation, unemployment and scarcity of resources, while Sharif’s touts were busy in lavish spending of public money on the luxurious lifestyle of the fake Chief Minister just like her father and uncle who had been squandering the provincial treasury as if the inheritance of the late Mian Sharif.
PTI Spokesperson stated that treading on the path of her predecessors, who had spent Rs. 364 million on the security of the Jami umra, the mandate-thief was also intended to squander Rs. 149.1 million under the head of purchasing and installing security equipment at her personal residence.
However, contrary to these mandate thieves, he recalled that when Imran Khan was the Prime Minister, he stayed in his personal residence of Bani Gala and paid all the security expenses from his own pocket.
PTI Spokesperson urged that the government of Punjab should show some shame and modesty, and stop squandering the people’s money on the mandate thief’s whims and fancies.
