Instant messaging app WhatsApp continues to improve users experience and now the Meta owned app is testing Audio Call Bar feature to boost experience during calls.
The new audio call bar was rolled out to simply improve navigation and control. The new feature shows Meta commitment to advance app functionalities with time.
As Whatapp calls are more famous as compared to cellular calls, the new audio call bar aims to give users more control and efficiency when managing outgoing calls within the app.

The new feature is currently available to a limited group of users and is expected to come to iOS devices in the next WhatsApp update.
The redesigned call bar will be positioned at the top of the app interface when a call will be started and minimized, allowing for easier multitasking. Users can mute or end calls directly from the interface, saving time and effort.
A spokesperson of the company called it step forward to enhance user experience. By introducing intuitive features like the audio call bar, we aim to empower our users to communicate seamlessly while using the app with maximum convenience, he said.
