KARACHI – Mainly hot and dry weather with gusty/dust-raising winds is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh on Wednesday night and the next two days.
As per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), continental air prevails over most parts of Pakistan.
Under the influence of this weather system, hot and dry weather with gusty winds is expected in most districts of the province on Wednesday night and the following two days. Windstorms are expected in upper districts.
Karachi’s maximum temperatures will likely remain between 39-41 degrees Celsius on Thursday and Friday.
Hyderabad’s maximum temperatures will likely remain between 39-41 C on Thursday and Friday.
Meanwhile, hot and dry weather prevailed in the port city, Hyderabad and most districts of Sindh during the last 24 hours.
Mithi and Dadu remained the hottest places in the province where maximum temperature was recorded at 40 C. In Mithi and Dadu, relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 14 per cent and 26 per cent respectively.
In Karachi, maximum temperature was recorded at 39 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 15 per cent.
In Hyderabad, maximum temperature was recorded at 37 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 10 per cent.
