Governor Sindh Mohammad Kamran Khan Tessori, marked his presence at the 27th convocation of Sir Syed University here on Friday, in a show of support for the academic achievements of graduating students. Welcomed by Chancellor Javed Ahmed and Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Waliuddin, Governor Sindh extended his felicitations to the graduates and urged their parents to take pride in their children’s educational accomplishments. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the pivotal role of parents in shaping the future of their children through education. Governor Tessori underscored the significance of perseverance and courage in achieving success, encouraging attendees to remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence.
He lauded the efforts of Prime Minister and Army Chief in improving the country’s economic landscape, citing examples of initiatives such as the establishment of IT universities. Reflecting on the progress made in the education sector, Governor Sindh announced the launch of a new youth-centric scheme during an upcoming press conference.
He revealed plans to initiate IT classes in six districts of Sindh, envisioning the province’s transformation into an IT hub. Governor Sindh urged the audience to become architects of change, emphasizing the need for sincere dedication to building a prosperous Pakistan. He concluded by affirming his confidence in the ability of Pakistan’s youth to lead the nation towards a brighter future.
