KARACHI – Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves reached $13,280.5 million as of April 19, 2024.
As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday, foreign reserves held by the central bank stood at $7,981.2 million. Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks stood at $5,299.3 million.
During the week ending on April 19, 2024, SBP’s reserves decreased by $74 million to $7,981.2 million due to external debt repayments.
