The Associaiton of Administrative Federalism Pakistan has demanded of the Chief Minister KPK Ali Amin Gandapure to Exercise his constitutionally mandate authority and post Chief Secretary from provincial Civil Service and had declared the 1949 agreement a fraudulent, and does not exist anywhere and added that posting of Federal Civil Servent in provinces is not justified and had asked the CM to get the copied of the said agreement which does not exist.
This was said by Noman Wazir President of the “The Association of Administrative Federlisim Pakistan “ in a letter to KPK Chief Minister. In his detailed letter, President has explained in the letter quoting different sections of the constitution of Paistan.
