Officers directed to remove wall chalking, flaxes

Deputy Commissioner Sundas Irshad directed the officers of District Administration, Local Government, District Council and Municipal Committees to ensure removal of wall chalking, flaxes and encroachments throughout the district besides cleanliness work under Chief Minister’s ‘Suthra’ Punjab Campaign by the March 31.

While presiding over a meeting held to review pace of work on ‘Suthra’ Punjab Campaign and other people welfare initiatives taken by the Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif in the district, DC said that cleanliness work in the district was in full swings and sanitary workers were engaged in remove garbage, wall chackling and encroachments from streets, bazars and other places under a schedule plan. ADCR Imtiaz Ali Baig, AC MunawarHussain and officers of different departments attended the meeting.
