REGARDING my detailed discussions, meetings and views of Pakistani creative, scientific and educational experts and officials of educational and creative institutions including HEC, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Culture and Information, “the neurocosmic theory of mind empowerment and evolution” created and designed by Pakistani Neurocosmic Scientist Prof Anees Akhtar could be applied and implemented across many industries in Pakistan to upgrade their performance and production.
The international groundbreaking and award-winning titles of books, higher education syllabus and protocols for brain healing and model of neuroscience industry has been created by keen consultations with the experts from the HEC and the ministry of Science & Technology. The neurocosmic brain theory and project designed under its umbrella has great potential to establish neuroscience industry in private and government sectors and noble knowledge created by this theory could be used to upgrade other industries in Pakistan. The projects designed by this theory could be applied in the following institutions and areas of life.
- A highly productive and revenue giving brain research center of excellence could be established to promote brain awareness for general health and wellbeing of population to cure brain diseases and to provide higher education to empower the brain of Pakistani citizens.
- Neuroscience writing and speaking industry in private and government sectors.
- Digital industries and economy will boost by application of this theory in research centers of excellence and by Neruroscience Higher Education in “neuroscience faculties” of universities.
The semiconductor (chip) industry would become the basic need for “neurocosmic brain” research centers. The artificial intelligence in robots and nano-robots created by this research center would be used in health, commerce and business sectors and these products would be of great value and revenue in foreign markets of Asia, Europe and others. Neurocosmic brain theory created and developed by dynamic and polymathic subject areas of research by Prof Anees Akhtar since last ten years could prove an asset for Pakistani economy and to boost the overall GDP of the country by next decade. Many experts and officials from Pakistani ministries are now confident to get the potential results from this project if implemented properly.
In the future, the second phase of this theory “neuroscience in space” would target neuroscience research in space which would be very helpful to launch the international space station for neuroscience research in space. Space research industries are the future trillion-dollar industries and growing at a good pace in Europe, America, India and China. All these nations have their own part of stations on the international space station, and they have their own hubs of satellites in space used for defense, communication and business purposes. Along with these industries and technologies, many countries have already adopted and are using electrical cars, solar panels and many other industries developed by semiconductor industries. So, to launch these newly developed industries of lithium ion batteries stations for electrical cars could replaced the petol and gasoline stations to some extents.
By adapting electrical cars industries the need for lithium ion batries station would become the need of future alternative to petroleum and gas industries similarly the solar panel industry would combat with the energy crises in countries which could be the alternative to hydel and nuclear energy powers to some extent. Similarly, semiconductor industry could be helpful to establish the nanorobotic industries with the collaboration of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in Pakistan. The future of nano robots has widespread applications including treating blood cancer and genetic disorders. To combat all these challenges of incoming modern industries in Asia and other developing regions of the world, “neurocosmic brain project” would be the most influential project to support these productive and revenue generating industries in the country. In this way, the network of neuroscience higher education faculties created in public and private sectors under the umbrella of this project would help uplift the health and wellbeing of people of Pakistan.
On the other hand, neurocosmic brain clinics and hospitals and research centres in Private and public sectors would be helpful to combat these brain diseases like depression, Alzheimer’s and other psychosis and neurodegenerating disease crises globally and in Pakistan which is declining the health and economy of individuals and nations. Strategies in brain disease treatment and educational and academic syllabi created under the umbrella of this theory would be more effective for the challenges to brain and general health. “Neurocosmic brain” generation of future acquiring neurocosmic brain education and health would be more intelligent and fast thinking generation of the country. They will combat personal and global challenges in the future. So, properly applying this project could heal the economic conditions and reach the threshold of innovative and democratic superpower of the region by next decade.
To make the plan effective, the appointing and deployment of highly trained experts for science and technology, art and culture ministries would be helpful to implement the theory across various fields and industries. Meetings, consultations and conferences with experts would create new frontiers of ideas and planning in this domain. The knowledge and technology transfer experts would be in high demand for technocratic and diplomatic frontiers for this project the groundbreaking and international award-winning books of the creator of this theory would prove to be a guidance and model for creative, innovative planning of such projects.
