An old man died in road accident on Monday when a speedy dumper hit a motorbike near Bharoki Pull Daska. According to Rescue 1122, Nazeer (62) on his way riding a motorbike. When he reached near Bharoki Pull, Daska, a speedy dumper, coming from same side, hit him. As a result, he fallen down and received severe head injuries and died on the spot.
The driver of dumper, however, managed to flee away from the scene. Rescue 1122 rushed to spot and brought the dead to nearby hospital. Police have started investigations.
Meanwhile police on Monday claimed to have arrested 30 accused in account of kites flying and recovered 1500 kites and several rolls of string from his possession. According to police, different police stations raided at top-roof of the houses at different localities.
