Bodies of two youths have been recovered from an under-construction plaza at Rawalpindi’s ChandniChowk on Wednesday.

Rescue 1122 personnel, however, said that there were no marks of torture on the bodies of the youths, who were identified as 20-year-old FalakSher and 17-year-old Sarim Ali.
