GDA denounces election results, vow future plans
The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) has vehemently rejected what it deems as a manipulated election, asserting its stance against any attempts to manipulate the democratic process.
Prominent leaders within the alliance, including Pir Syed Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi, Mir Murtaza Khan Jatoi, Dr. Zulfikar Ali Mirza, Syed Zain Shah, Ayaz Latif Palijo, Liaquat Ali Khan Jatoi, Dr. Arbab Ghulam Rahim, and Dr. Safdar Ali Abbasi, issued a joint statement declaring the 2024 general elections in Pakistan as the most rigged in the nation’s history. Sending a stern warning to electoral authorities, the GDA leaders cautioned that any suppression of public voice would lead the country towards irreparable damage.
They emphasized their firm stance against allowing their mandate to be usurped and announced plans for forthcoming actions. Additionally, GDA leadership urged its supporters to remain peaceful and abide by the law while awaiting the party’s forthcoming directives. They reiterated their commitment to upholding peace and order, urging adherence to legal boundaries. Furthermore, they assured that the GDA’s decisions would be announced shortly, urging patience among their supporters and allies.
