Ahmed Shah casts vote in district south

Caretaker Provincial Minister for Information, Minority Affairs, and Social Welfare and the President of the Arts Council Mohammad Ahmed Shah exercised his democratic right by casting his vote in District South, Karachi.

Speaking to the media after voting, Shah highlighted the recent suspension of mobile services due to security concerns, emphasizing the federal government’s decision to prevent further incidents.

He assured that the situation is under control in Karachi, expressing optimism that services will resume once stability is ensured. Shah reiterated the government’s commitment to a peaceful transition of power and praised the ongoing polling process in Karachi.

He commended the public for their wisdom and urged them to vote without fear, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding lives. Shah underscored the vigilance against any threats posed by adversaries and emphasized the government’s efforts to ensure peace and security on election day.

According to the District Returning Officers, there is no undue pressure on voters, ensuring a fair and transparent voting process.
