MUMBAI – Former tennis star and national cricketer Shoaib Malik’s ex-wife Sania Mirza, after her separation from the Pakistani cricketer, has not issued any formal statement but has been consistently posting brief messages with her pictures on social media.
The rumors of differences or separation between Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza had been circulating since last year, but no confirmation or denial was made at that time.
However, last month, the end of this relationship was confirmed.
Before Shoaib Malik left for Dhaka to participate in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), he suddenly announced his marriage to actress Sana Javed and released pictures, which astonished their fans as there was no prior indication to them.
After announcement of the marriage of Sana Javed and Shoaib Malik, Sania Mirza’s father had briefly stated that his daughter had obtained a divorce from Shoaib and later other members of their family confirmed it in statements.
Sania Mirza personally did not issue any formal statement regarding this matter, but in her social media messages, she has been showing courage and determination in a vague manner, mentioning resilience and coping with difficult situations. She has recently posted another brief message along with her pictures on Instagram, where she appears cheerful.
In her Instagram post, she stated, “Show courage, otherwise your crown will fall.” She did not provide any further details regarding this statement. This post received over 182,000 likes and thousands of comments, mainly praising her beauty.
Previously, she had shared a picture with her son and niece on Instagram, interpreting the children’s expressions as “life lines.”
It’s worth noting that Shoaib Malik announced his marriage to Sana Javed on January 20, but did not say anything about separation from Sania Mirza.
