A delegation of students from Directorate of Students Affairs the Islamia University of Bahawalpur participated in National Youth Convention organized by Higher Education Commission at Jinnah Center Islamabad. The delegation of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur was led by Adnan Bukhari, Additional Director, Students Affairs, in this national convention organized on the theme of youth national unity.
Mudassar Maqbool President IUB Interfaith Harmony and Peace Building Society, Muhammad Amir Noor President IUB Health Care Society, Noor ul Huda President IUB Literary Society, Tahreem Fatima President IUB Girls Guide and Faiza Waheed attended. The delegation met Chairman Higher Education Commission Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed and Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar gave a congratulatory message on the successful national convention.
Acting Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, Chief of the Army Staff Syed AsimMunir, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani, Federal Minister for Education Madad Ali Sindhi, Senator Behramand Tangi, Chairman Higher Education Commission Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, and Executive Director HEC Dr. Zia-ul-Qayyum were also present.
On this occasion, young students from all parts of the country participated in the convention. The delegation of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur actively participated in all the events.
