South Africa’s rising batting star, Dewald Brevis, fondly known as ‘Baby AB De Villiers,’ has expressed his admiration and has disclosed his al time favorite player from Pakistan team.

Representing Mumbai Indians Cape Town in the ongoing SA20 league, Brevis was asked by a fan about his favorite player from the national team. In response, he disclosed that former Pakistan captain Babar Azam holds the title of his favorite player.

On Sunday, Pakistan thrash New Zealand to pick up a consolation 42-run win in the fifth and final Twenty20 international and avoid a series clean sweep.

The tourists lost the five-match series 4-1 but it ended on a positive note as they dismissed the Black Caps for a paltry 92 in defence of 134-8.

Babar Azam delivered an impressive performance in the five-match T20I series, with back-to-back three consecutive fifties. Additionally, he was the second-highest run scorer in the series, amassing 213 runs at an average of 42.60 and a strike rate of 142.00.
