A hilarious cheating plan was exposed as authorities held a man in India’s Punjab who impersonated his girlfriend for an exam.
The cheating incident surfaced as a man identified as Angrez Singh, put on full female clothes, which he paired with red bangles, and makeup to write an exam on behalf of girlfriend Paramjit Kaur.
People across the globe go to the extreme in love, and Mr Singh took it seriously as he shaved off his mustache and changed his attire while showing up at Kotkapura’s DAV Public School for a health workers exam.
The man apparently made a foolproof plan as he managed to get his hands on a fake voter ID and other documents to appear in the exam.
Singh’s plan was later exposed when he failed to dodge fingerprint verification process. A case was lodged against him under IPC section 419 (impersonation) while the application of her girlfriend was rejected.
He took the extreme step as his girlfriend failed to pass the exam earlier, police said. After legal proceedings, Singh was held but got bail.
