Speaker provincial Assembly Mushtaq Ghani’s nomination papers for national assembly constituency NA- 17 & provincial assembly seats PK- 45 accepted & allowed to contest elections by Election Tribunal headed by Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel here on Monday.
Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani who is also vice president of PTI and had contested his rejection of nomination papers by the Returning officers of NA17 & PK 45 through his council Naz Elahi Mughal Advocate as speaker KP who is currently staying at UK and had filed their nomination papers through special power of attorney given to his elder brother IlyasGhani who was also arrested by the Abbottabad police on the day of his filing of appeal and was later got released after assurance by the three Lawyers three days back.
Former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s nomination case which was adjourned the hearing of the case till the disposal of Eligibility case of Members of Parliament is under hearing in the Supreme Court.
