The verdict was pronounced by the Appellate Tribunal judge, Justice Tariq Nadeem, who upheld the decision of the Returning Officer in the case of NA 129. The Appellate Tribunal judge dismissed Hamad Azhar’s appeal for NA 129, affirming the Returning Officer’s initial decision. The nomination papers of both Hamad Azhar and his father, Mian Azhar, were also rejected for PP 171.
