All set to launch anti-polio drive in Hafizabad

All necessary agreements have been finalized to launch the first five-day polio immunization campaign of this year from 28, January and drops of polio vaccine will be administer to more the two lakh and twenty-two thousand children bellow five-year-old in the district.

This was stated in the meeting of District Anti-Polio Committee, Hafizabad. Deputy Commissioner SundasIrshad presided over the meeting. Addressing the meeting DC said that neither polio drops are harmful to health nor un-Islamic so parents must get administer polio drops to their children up-to five-year-old to save them from everlasting disability.
AC HafizabadMunawarHussain, CEO Health Dr. Umer Sharif, representative of World Health Organisation Dr. Faiq Ali Tarar, Prominent Religious Scholler Syed Waseem-ul-Hassan Shah and other members of the committee attended the meeting. DC directed the officers of health department to ensure administering vaccination of hundred percent target children during the campaign and any negligence or slackness would not be tolerated.
