Body of a youth who drowned in a drainage nullah the other day was recovered here on Sunday.
A youth Muhammad Khalil 27, fell in drainage nullah in Samanabad area on Saturday evening while posting a banner on electric poll and drowned. The rescue operation had to be stopped due to darkness and restarted on Sunday morning during which the body of youth was recovered and handed over to heirs.
The deceased Muhammad Khalil was resident of Wafaqi Colony Johar Town and was father of two children.
