A spokesperson of 1122 said on Tuesday, road safety remained a key concern, with 65 accidents reported within Multan city itself. A further accident each occurred in Shujaabad and JalalpurPirwala, bringing the total for the region to 67. Fortunately, Rescue 1122’s swift response helped minimize casualties. He said that medical emergencies constituted a significant portion of the callouts, with 173 occurring within Multan city, 5 in Shujaabad.—APP
