District Police Officer South Waziristan Lower Farmanullah visited different areas on Tuesday to review the security arrangements during the polio campaign across the district. The DPO took a detailed review of all the arrangements and took a detailed briefing from all the SHOs about the security arrangements and issued further instructions.
DPO started polio campaign by giving polio drops to children. The DPO also met the police personnel on duty and issued strict instructions regarding security duties, but instructions were also issued to SDPOs to ensure full proof security of polio teams in their respective circles, any negligence regarding security will not be tolerated.
The DPO instructed the police personnel to be alert and vigilant during duty, for your safety, use a belt-proof helmet, jacket and ensure your safety with the safety of polio teams, so stay with the teams until the end of the anti-polio campaign.
