RAW behind Sikhs in US!

The US, UK, and other nations have historically not given due attention to India’s actions that could be perceived as terrorism against humanity, especially towards Muslims. There’s a diverse spectrum of minorities in India, including Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians, Jains, and Dalits. The partition of the subcontinent in 1947, primarily due to Hindu-centric terrorism, is a stark example. While Muslims were successful in establishing Pakistan, other minorities continue to struggle for their rights. Gandhi’s promise of a separate state for the Sikh community in 1947 remains unfulfilled, leaving them waiting.

A large number of Sikhs migrated to North America, Australia, UK and Canada after destruction of Golden temple in 1984. Canada is now hosting largest Sikh community – 800,000+. Though, India has repeatedly reminded Canada to take action against Sikhs who support Khalistan, yet not succeeded.

The latest standoff between terrorist-India and the US arose when US alleged that RAW was/is found behind attack on Gurpatwant Singh Pannun (a key organizer of non-binding referendum in the US, for a separate Sikh State) in lieu of $100,000. An intelligence agency ‘Five Eyes’ of US, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand has proved this plot. So, this is another litmus test for so-called western democracies, in declaring India as – International Terrorist.

The plight of minorities in India, notably Muslims who feel increasingly unsafe in the so-called ‘secular’ India, remains an open secret. Despite Sikhism being the country’s third-largest religion for over 548 years, the promise of a separate Sikh state, compounded by the severe damage to the revered Golden Temple in 1984 and the silent response to the loss of thousands of Sikh lives, remains unfulfilled. The struggle for Khalistan, a separate Sikh state, persists despite attempts to suppress it. Allegations of RAW involvement with Sikhs in the US have only fuelled this movement, revealing a significant factor driving the quest for Khalistan separation.

AI’s crucial role

In the intricate tapestry of medical science, Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a transformative artisan, wielding innovation to redefine the boundaries of healthcare. AI is not merely a technological augmentation but a visionary partner, orchestrating a symphony of advancements. Imagine a medical landscape where diagnoses are not only accurate but expedited, courtesy of AI’s swift analysis of voluminous and complex patient data.

This technological marvel extends its influence to predictive analytics, granting healthcare providers the foresight to anticipate potential health challenges and craft preventive strategies. Yet, AI’s impact transcends diagnostics, evolving into a virtuoso of personalized medicine, curating treatment plans tailored to the unique intricacies of each patient’s health profile. Beyond treatment, AI metamorphoses into a stalwart advocate for holistic wellness, offering bespoke health recommendations, guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles, and playing a pivotal role in preventive healthcare initiatives.

Within surgical theatres, AI takes centre stage as a master craftsman, ensuring unparalleled precision and elevating safety benchmarks. The integration of AI into the medical realm signifies not just a technological leap but a paradigm shift toward a future where healthcare is not only reactive but anticipatory, not only standardized but highly individualized, ultimately cultivating an ecosystem where innovation converges seamlessly with compassionate patient care.

Aadhaar cards for cows?

In India, cows are worshipped by Hindus. It is unfair to treat one particular animal with extra privilege as sacred. Monkeys, rats and even snakes should now be given Aadhaar cards as they are also respected and adored by Hindus.

Penalty decision

No congratulation is enough for Christiano Ronaldo for successfully urging the referee to reverse a penalty decision given in his favour while representing Al Nassr club in Asian Champions League as the tackle by the rival Persepolis player didn’t merit such a harsh decision!

The iconic Ronaldo has transmitted a great message through his actions that despite hard competition in life; morality and remaining true to one’s conscience are the only things which matter at the end of the day.

Breaking barriers

Gender inequality in the workplace is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. It’s important to promote equal opportunities and fair treatment for all individuals, regardless of their gender. There are a few ways we can combat gender inequality in the workplace. Encouraging diversity in hiring and promotion practices can help create a more inclusive workplace. Companies can implement policies that promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender. Companies should implement training programs to raise awareness about unconscious bias and its impact on decision-making. By addressing biases, organizations can create a more equitable workplace.

Mentorship and sponsorship programs can provide women with guidance, support and opportunities for career advancement. Creating a safe and inclusive work environment requires addressing and preventing harassment and discrimination. Companies should have clear policies or provide training on respectful workplace behaviour, and ensure that complaints are handled promptly and effectively. It is essential for leaders to set the tone and lead by example in promoting gender inequality. Holding leaders accountable for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace is crucial for driving meaningful change.

Road safety

I’m deeply concerned about a pressing issue in Balochistan – road safety. Balochistan, the largest province in Pakistan, is facing a complex and critical problem that demands immediate attention. Sadly, this issue has been overlooked, and the government hasn’t taken necessary steps to address it seriously. Every year, a significant number of lives are lost in road accidents, posing a major threat to the residents of Balochistan. It’s imperative that the government takes prompt and decisive steps to tackle this issue urgently. I earnestly urge the relevant authorities to acknowledge this problem and work towards a swift resolution.
