The meeting of FPCCI Standing Committee on Maritime and Gwadar Development was held here on Wednesday. Saiyed Shahzad Sultan Convener of the Committee chaired the proceeding along with Deputy Convener Zubair Rind and Secretary Amjad Qureshi. All the designated members from relevant fields attended the meeting. Saiyed Shahzad thanked the President FPCCI Anjum Nisar for honoring him with trust to head this important Committee.
During the proceeding of the meeting, it was resolved anonymously address on priority the Gwadar Port Operations, Afghan Transit facilitation, export movement of Balochistan products via western corridor of CPEC, tax policy for Gwadar & International Transhipment policy; Besides Committee during its tenure consider any issue pertaining to Ports & Shipping Operations in the country. These specific issues will also refer to respective Standing committee(s) of FPCCI for their consideration.
It was specifically resolved that Saiyed Shahzad Convener of the Committee would reach to all the Government Ministries, Authorities& organizations to provide immediate relief on all pending case lying with them for necessary action.
