LAHORE- Pakistani social media influencer and actress Dananeer Mobeen has revealed that she was refused several work opportunities due to her outspoken stance against the brutal bombings by Israel on Gaza and her unwavering support for Palestine.
Dananeer Mobeen is among the few showbiz celebrities openly speaking out against the atrocities committed against innocent children in Gaza and the genocide perpetrated by Israel.
Recently, the actress shared a story on Instagram where she disclosed that she had to forgo several projects due to her support for Palestine.
In her story, Dananeer wrote, “I lost many opportunities by standing up for Palestine, but I have no regrets about it.”
After this revelation by the social media star, there is speculation on social media that perhaps she had international job offers.
Dananeer also shared another story where she wrote, “Every morning I wake up and think everything will be fine, but how will everything be fine when I see corpses?”.
Expressing her anguish, Dananeer stated, “Do parents hold their dead children in their hands? How will everything be fine? This should not happen, and it should not be allowed to happen.”
It should be noted that as of October 7, the ongoing Israeli bombings in Gaza have resulted in more than 14,850 Palestinians being martyred and over 36,000 injured.
The temporary truce in Gaza, a four-day ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, is ending today. Both sides are releasing each other’s prisoners under the agreement.
Previously, some Hollywood actors were fired from Jewish brands or TV productions for raising their voices in favor of the rights of Palestinians.
