Caretaker Information Minister MurtazaSolangi has said that resolving the issues faced by journalists of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and promoting journalism was top priority. He expressed these views while talking to a media delegation from Gilgit-Baltistan which called on him in Islamabad on Thursday. MurtazaSolangi appreciated the active role being played by the journalists of GB in highlighting the positive identity of the region.
The journalist community of GB was making efforts for resolution of public issues despite the adverse conditions and limited resources, he added. The caretaker information minister assured the GB media delegation to solve all their problems on priority basis.
