Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Sundas Irshad has warned that strict legal action will be taken against those people who will attempt to create hurdle in operation against encroachments whereas crackdown on encroachment would continue till removing all encroachments in the district.
She issued this waring while inspecting ongoing operation against encroachment in different areas of the city, on Monday. ADCR/Administrator Municipal Committee Imtiaz Ali Baig, President District Bar Malik WaqasRazaAwan, General Secretary Bar Muzzamal Aziz Gujjar, AC MunawarHussain and Chief Officer MC AnsarSahi were also accompanied by her. DC said that no shopkeeper would be allowed to grabbed on road and to create hurdle in smooth flow of traffic
She directed the MC Officers to remove all handcarts from market and bazaars and stop shopkeepers from displaying their articles outside the shops. On the other hand inspector General Prisons, Punjab, MianFarooqNazir visited District Jail and inspected different barks, hospital, store, kitchen and other parts of the district to review security.
