Okara
A 4-day training workshop was organized for the 29 selected students of the University of Okara by the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF). The theme of the workshop was “Entrepreneurial Skills Development”. The UO students were accompanied by the Additional Registrar General Jamil Asim, Assistant Professor Botany Dr. Fahim Arshad, Lecturer Business Administration Shehzad Aziz and Assistant Professor Physics Dr. Shela Honey.
The workshop was held at the Punjab House, Murree. The UO PEEF Scholars were trained on various tips and techniques to start up small-scale businesses during and after the completion of the degrees. Highlighting the key outcomes of the workshop, Jamil Asim told.—INP
