A delegation of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) on Monday visited the Department of Civil Engineering at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB).
The visit aimed to promote mutual cooperation and ensure high-quality engineering education. The delegation inspected the laboratories and infrastructure in the Department of Civil Engineering, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
The Council members inspected the research and teaching facilities. The delegation also discussed the curriculum and research projects of the department with the faculty members and students.
Council members in a meeting with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar and Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad appreciated the modern equipment and resources available in the department, which facilitate modern research and teaching.
