World Bank delegation conducted a detailed inspection and review of Hydrants Management Center Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), Regional Director World Bank Dina, Yoko Okara, Nora, Farhan Sami and other officials were included in the delegation.
On this occasion, CEO Water Corporation Engineer Syed Sallahuddin Ahmed and COO Water Corporation Engineer Asadullah Khan were with him, while Project Director KWSSIP Abdul AlaBhatti, DMD Planning Muhammad AyoobShaikh, Incharge Hydrants Cell ElahiBakhsh Bhutto, SO to CEO Syed Sardar Shah and other senior officials were also present, according to the spokesperson of Water Corporation, Regional Director World Bank Dina was given a detailed briefing by CEO Water Corporation Engineer Syed Sallahuddin Ahmed on the reforms to be made in Water Corporation including Hydrants Management Center and other issues, earlier.
Regional Director World Bank Dina along with his delegation met with CEO Water Corporation and other senior officials at the MD Secretariat and discussed in detail the various works of water supply and drainage in the city including the reforms to be brought in the Water Corporation, during the meeting World Bank delegation appreciated the CEO Water Corporation for his efforts on other reforms brought in the Water Corporation, including the establishment of Hydrants Management Center and said that the they will fully cooperate with the Water Corporation for the improvement of the water supply and drainage system in the city.
