HAFIZABAD Provincial Parliamentary Secretary for tourism, Muhammad Mamoon Tarar has said that federal and Punjab government are implementing on Prime Minister’s Agriculture Emergency Programme worth Rs.300 billion for increasing per acre agriculture yield and improving socioeconomic condition of farmers. Talking to farmers during the visit of his constituency, he said that government was giving billion of rupees as subsidy to farmers for procuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agriculture tools, provision of cheap electricity for tub wells. He said that steps were being taken to improve pressure of Sui gas supply in villages of the constituency while construction work was underway to complete Sui gas supply schemes in different villages. While visiting under construction Seeray Tarar Road, he said that government had launched Naya PakistanManzilian Aasan Prgramme of construction of carpet roads with the cost of Rs. 15 billion in rural areas of the Punjab
