India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested, today, two innocent Kashmiri youth in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The NIA arrested the youth from Srinagar, the summer capital of the occupied territory. The probe agency identified them as Mushaib Fayaz and Hilal Yaqoob, both hailing from Shopian district.
The NIA labeled the arrested youth as over-ground workers of mujahid organizations to justify their illegal detention. The authorities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have booked the illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader, Amir Hamza, under draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA).
The authorities booked Amir Hamza, the resi-dent of Quilmuqam area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, under the black law to punish him for being part of pro-freedom and anti-India activities in the occupied territory. The authorities lodged the APHC leader in Baramulla district jail.—KMS
